Section 8 - Duties of the Secretary

By-Law 8.a

To establish and maintain current membership information to include addresses, phone numbers, and other information necessary for election verification.

By-Law 8.b

To assemble and compile information necessary to effect a rating system for MVDO players.

By-Law 8.c

To be responsible for the dissemination of teams into divisions at the beginning of each season.

By-Law 8.d

To be the chief public and media relations officer of the MVDO.

By-Law 8.e

To be responsible for the correspondence and relationships with other darting organizations.

By-Law 8.f

To maintain minutes of all meetings of the Executive Board and the General Membership and to make such minutes available for publication or inspection by any member.
